Current Projects

				Newark, NJ Broad Street Station Rehabilitation. Layout, Inc. is providing all construction layout surveys and as-built drawings for temporary as well as permanent improvements concerning the extensive renovations of the historic Newark Broad Street Station. The project’s anticipated length is 2.5 years.

New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority Railway & Road Improvements. Layout is providing the site/ground preparation for the track alignment and train station to service the new railroad and access road at the New Jersey Transit spur providing entrance to the new Xanadu and Meadowlands Sports Complex.

Condo Construction, Manhattan, NY. Layout is providing calculations and review of CADD files and construction surveys for the 13th and 14th Street condos located in Manhattan.
P.S. No. 14, Bayonne, NJ. Layout is supporting the construction of P.S. No. 14 providing all construction surveys, layout and staking.
		Greystone State Hospital, Parsippany, NJ. Providing construction layout, lines, grade and bench marks for site development and construction of this new facility.

Meadowlands Landfill Closure/ENCAP Project, NJ. Construction surveys to support the grading, staking, and as-builts for the 500 acre remediation and development project.

Water Treatment & Distribution System, Ulster County, NY. Surveys to support the construction of the new treatment plant for a period of two years.
Long Branch Housing Authority, Long Branch, NJ. Construction survey stakeout and surveying incidental to landfill site remediation.
Con Edison Astoria Plant, NY. Construction survey stakeout and surveying incidental to installation of overhead transmission lines.
	The Riverside @ Walden, NY. Surveys to support this private development of roads, curbs, residence stakeouts, drainage structures, and water mains.

Broad Street Station Newark, NJ. Construction layout surveying and as-built drawings for NJ Transit incidental to the rehabilitation of Broad Street Station.
			Monmouth Racetrack, Monmouth Park, NJ. Staking, grading and as-built surveys of all construction being performed at the site incidental to the turf replacement project.

NJSEA Railway & Roadway Improvements, E. Rutherford, NJ. Construction surveying, staking, grading and as-builts to support the construction of rail and roadway improvements in the Meadowlands.
