| Performed site design and traffic impact assessment (TIA) study, highway widening and signalized intersection design for this 121,100 sf shopping center complex. Site design included utility connections, grading, layout and circulation. The TIA was for a MEPA Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and conformed to the EOEA/EOTC Guidelines for EIR/EIS Traffic Impact Assessments. Fourteen intersections were studied for project generated traffic impacts. |

Performed full site design engineering, including grading, parking lot layout, utility connectionsand relocations, storm water management design, landscape architecture and traffic design. Project permits at the local and state level were obtained. Property and topographic survey, and construction layout were also performed local and state permits were acquired. |

| Performed site planning designs including topographic surveying, utility relocations, site grading, storm water management and regulatory permitting approvals. Landmark Square is a 138 unit apartment complex being constructed in the Fenway section of Boston. The project required approvals from Boston Water and Sewer Commission, DEP and permitting from numerous City of Boston departments/agencies. |

| Performed land surveying and civil engineering site development design for this 3-acre site located at Hanscom Field in Lincoln MA. Designed the utility relocations/connections, site grading and storm water management design. The storm water management design included the use of best management policies (BMP's) as per the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. |
